Over my 27-year career I have had the privilege of working in two challenging industries where achieving results can be an uphill battle: the Arts & Education. Both are environments that are consistently underfunded, under-resourced, and underappreciated. Despite all of the challenges, I have successfully supported leaders to achieve well beyond their industry norms. These experiences have provided me with a versatile skill set to support leaders in any setting.
